An electric nasal aspirator is a motorised device that gently clears a baby's or young child's nose, without the parent having to suck through a tube. Unlike a rubber bulb, the suction is steady and adjustable, and the tips can be sterilised. DouceSouffle Pro adds a very quiet motor (under 50 dB) and five progressive levels, with a newborn tip.

DouceSouffle Pro can be used from birth with the newborn tip and level 1. For newborns, we recommend close supervision and the advice of a midwife or paediatrician.
The motor runs at under 50 dB, and level 1 is the gentlest setting: a good starting point for babies who are sensitive to noise.
The tip clicks off and can be rinsed in warm soapy water. For a thorough clean, place it in boiling water for 5 minutes or use a steam steriliser.
The suction is steady and adjustable rather than a single squeeze, the see-through tip lets you see what is removed, and the closed bulb that is hard to dry is gone.
