Delivery
Delivery is free to the following countries: metropolitan France (including Corsica), Monaco, all European Union member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Brazil and Mexico. An email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships. The maximum delivery time is set out in our terms and conditions of sale.
Order tracking
Your tracking number is in the shipping email. If you can't find it, write to us through the contact page with your order number.
14-day returns
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason. The direct cost of sending the product back is paid by the customer (flat rate of €6). You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
To start a return, write to us through the contact page with your order number and we will send you the return address. We refund all sums paid no later than 14 days after receiving your decision (this may be deferred until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent).
